What is this offer about?
This offer, open to subscribers, is a chance to get a little more for giving at Christmas. If you give someone a gift of World of Warcraft between November 23, 2005 and February 15, 2006, you can then fill out the coupon you have been sent, mail it in along with a Proof of Purchase from between those two dates, your bank account details. Then, within a month after we have received these documents from you, we will deposit 20€ into your bank account.

Between what dates is this offer valid?
This offer is open from November 23, 2005 until February 15, 2006. Between these two dates, you can buy a new World of Warcraft box and send in the Proof of Purchase. Please note that only boxes purchased between these dates are eligible for the rebate.

What are the conditions to receive the €20 rebate?
In order to receive the €20 rebate you must:

• Have an active World of Warcraft account on November 23, 2005
• Purchase a new World of Warcraft box between November 23, 2005 and February 15, 2006
• Fill out the coupon you received and print it out
• Mail in the printed-out coupon, your proof of purchase, your World of Warcraft account name, the name of the World of Warcraft account created using the box purchased between the aforementioned dates, and your bank account number.

This offer is open to World of Warcraft subscribers who have an active account on November 23, 2005 and reside in one of the following countries:

Can I buy a box for myself and receive the rebate?
Yes. As long as you live in one of the eligible countries, already have an active account on November 23, 2005, purchase the new box between November 23, 2005 and February 15, 2006, and send in the required information, you can receive the €20 rebate.

What documents do I mail in?
You will need to mail in the following documents:

• A filled-out and printed-out copy of the coupon sent to your email address
• The Proof of Purchase for the box purchased between November 23, 2005 and February 15, 2006
• Your bank account number

Why do I have to supply my personal World of Warcraft account name?
You must supply this in order for us to verify that the account existed and was active on November 23, 2005. Accounts that are not active on this date are not eligible to participate in this offer.

Why do I have to supply the name of the World of Warcraft account created using the new box?
You must supply this in order for us to verify that the box used to create the account was purchased between November 23, 2005 and February 15, 2005.

What is an IBAN number?
The IBAN number is the number that allows your bank account to be recognized internationally. This number consists of your BIC (Bank Identification Code) and your full account number. If you are uncertain as to how to calculate your IBAN, please contact your bank in order to receive the information necessary to determine the IBAN.

How do I contact Support?
If you are having problems with accessing the coupon, please contact our support department either by phone between the hours of 10:30 am and 8 pm Paris time or by webform.

Can I receive more than one rebate?
No. You may only receive one rebate per coupon.

Can I have a friend receive the rebate?
No. Only the person who receives this offer and meets the standards for eligibility may receive the rebate. It cannot be transferred to any other person.

I don't have a bank account. How can I participate?
Unfortunately, you can only receive the rebate if you have a bank account in one of the countries eligible to participate. If you do not have a bank account, you will not be able to receive the rebate.

I am subscriber and did not receive the offer. What can I do?
Please check any junk mail filters or folders you have to see if the email has been marked as junk. Also, please note that your account must be active on November 15, 2006 in order to receive the offer.

I am not a subscriber. Can I participate in this offer?
No. This offer is open only to World of Warcraft subscribers

I am a minor. Can I participate in this offer?
If you are under the age of majority in your country, you will need to have your parents complete the required forms on your behalf and send them in.

When will I receive the €20?
You will receive the €20 within one month after we have received the necessary documents from you. We will deposit the money directly into your bank account.
